The Wensum Valley provides a peaceful and tranquil setting for any visitor, whether local or from further afield. This atmosphere, almost of a bygone age of ‘old’ Norfolk, can even be experienced in the more built-up areas along the Wensum because there are countryside corridors along the river in Norwich and at Fakenham.
